The Construction Industry in Scotland offers a diverse range of technician level careers. This course is a nationally recognised and validated qualification that prepares you for further study in advanced technician level training in your chosen specialism, eg architectural technology, construction management and quantity surveying.

You’ll study:

Domestic Building Services; Construction Technology: Groundwork and Substructure; Construction Technology: Superstructure and Finishes; Introduction to Computer Aided Drafting; Construction Calculations; Introduction to Construction Materials; Construction Measurement and Costing; Introduction to Construction Site Surveying; Health and Safety in the Construction Industry.

Entry Requirements

National 5 English, Maths and a science subject. Interview.
