This SCQF Level 5 programme will develop your hand skills with regards Painting & Decorating which are required to be completed within large or small construction projects.
You will study:
Preparing and Painting Surfaces; Decorative Painting; Decorative Treatments; Prepare and Hang Lining Paper; Colour Practice: Painting and Decorating; Paperhanging: Patterned Paper, setting-out; Levelling using spirit levels or Theodolite; Health and Safety, Core skills (ICT, Numeracy & Communications) Employability.
National 5 in a technological subject plus 4 subjects at National 4 including English and Maths, or Certificate: Construction Futures, or other relevant qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Interview.
