This City and Guilds course provides women with an introduction into the Construction Industry. During the course you'll gain experience and knowledge in a variety of construction trades.

You'll learn a range of hand skills and practical tasks in the following trade areas:
Bricklaying; Carpentry and Joinery; Plastering; Wall and Floor Tiling.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop skills in communication, numeracy and ICT.

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements. Entry subject to interview.

Progression Routes

You'll be able to apply for a course at SCQF Level 4 in a number of trades on successful completion of the course.
