You’ll learn about conveyancing, legal services, accounting and tax for executries, bankruptcy and diligence, and environmental land law. The course is endorsed by the Law Society of Scotland and the Scottish Paralegal Association. You’ll visit courts and have a variety of guest speakers from different legal backgrounds.

Entry Requirements

Higher English or another English based subject; or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6.

Progression Routes

Further study eg. first year of an LLB degree; third year BA Law degree or related degrees in Business, Management, Accounting, Administration.
