Content

You will learn about the Scottish Legal System, Scots Private Law, Property Law, Commercial Law, Criminal Law and Communication. The course is endorsed by the Law Society of Scotland and the Scottish Paralegal Association.

You will undertake Educational Visits to: parliament; courts; Police Scotland and hear guest speakers from; Law Society of Scotland; Paralegal Society; Crown Office and a variety of Legal Professionals.

Entry Requirements

Higher English or another English based subject, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Informal information session.
