This is an ‘accelerated’ programme which recognises your first degree. It has been designed to enable you to study 4 modules each trimester over a period of two years. You will learn by a variety of teaching methods including lectures, tutorials, and through independent study.

Year 2: Scottish Legal System; Criminal Law; Obligations 1; Law of Human Rights; Business Law; Family Law, Property Law; Constitutional and Administrative Law.

Year 3: Law of Evidence; Company Law; Legal Profession, Dispute Resolution and Ethics; EU Law; Law of Succession and Trusts, Obligations 2; plus two option modules from a course-specific option pool.
