This course is highly practical, with industry based expert teaching staff providing you with the necessary training to develop the skills and versatility needed to meet the vocal, physical and artistic demands placed upon a modern working performer. Building on from the skills gained from HNC acting, the HND Acting and Performance course is designed to give students the necessary training to help them gain entry to further study or the industry as a professional performer.

It course focuses primarily on the practical and theoretical skills of a modern performer through classes and workshops, which include acting, voice, camera, production, movement, Shakespeare in Practice and professional development. Students will also have the opportunity to take part in industry-led workshops and classes, as part of their training, to gain knowledge and experience of current trends in the profession.

Entry Requirements

HNC Acting and Performance. Higher English or Drama is preferred but not essential. Entry is by audition only. Interview. Performance experience is preferred but not essential.
