This course is a clear progression route from the SCQF Level 5 Beauty and Aesthetic Therapies.

Course content includes:

Advanced massage techniques; Skin rejuvenation with peels; Facial electrolysis; Gel nail extensions; Advanced face and body treatments using electrotherapy; Spa massage; Manage yourself; Wellbeing and mindfulness; Core skills.

Entry Requirements

Beauty and Aesthetics Therapies (Level 5)

Progression Routes

Successful completion of this course will allow you to enter into employment in a salon/spa as a beauty therapist.

Alternatively, you can progress onto an HNC at an alternative institution or into the Integrative Healthcare and Therapies programme at Moray College UHI.
