Politics is the study of "who gets what, when and how". As a politics student you will analyse the work of Government institutions and public policies as well as studying the behaviour of those who govern and are governed. The study of politics is also directly concerned with the way in which major problems of modern society, such as unemployment, are handled by institutions and Governments at the international, national and local level.
You will have an opportunity throughout the course to study political and institutional developments at home and abroad.
