You'll learn about:
English Grammar, Vocabulary and Pronunciation; ESOL in Work and Study Situations; Preparing to Work; ICT; ESOL: Living in Scotland.

This course is for those whose first language isn't English.

Entry Requirements

You don’t need any qualifications, but you must have the right English level for this course. You'll be asked to come and do a language assessment, so we can find the most suitable level of study for you.

Progression Routes

The course improves your employability across a range of sectors, and can be used to support applications for UK citizenship. You can also continue studying English at Upper Intermediate level (SCQF Level 5). You may also be able to study other college courses up to SCQF Level 6.
