Are you interested in studying people and society? This fascinating course covers a range of topics, including conformity and where it comes from, as well as how the media, family, and education influence people. You’ll develop an overall understanding of how social scientists explain the world and gain a foundation-level knowledge in several social science disciplines, such as sociology, psychology, history, and modern studies.
The range of subjects offered include the following: Sociology, Psychology, History, Modern Studies and Criminology.
You will complete at least one full National 5 SQA external exam in a social sciences subject.
4 subjects at National 4 including English and social science subjects. Interview and pre-entry test.
