his course will give you a strong foundation to start your future in the exciting world of social science. By taking you on a journey through subjects such as psychology, criminology, sociology and history, you will learn how to critically evaluate the world around you.

It has been designed to support you to advance your knowledge in the subjects that helps us understand why our society functions the way it does, as well as developing key skills such as problem solving, critical analysis and working with others.

Content includes:

Psychology: Individual Behaviour; Sociology: Human Society; Modern Studies; Nature and Extent of Crime; History; Communication.

Entry Requirements

2 subjects at National 5, preferably in English or a social science subject. Interview.
