The Law School at Strathclyde is one of Scotland’s leading providers of legal education. We're home to the country’s first student-run law clinic, which offers a unique, real-world, learning environment, and to Ardcalloch, a virtual community where the legal issues of everyday life are played out.

You will have the chance to become a fluent linguist and, with our year abroad programme, an opportunity to experience living, working and/or studying in another country.

Year 1: Legal Processes and Systems, Law of Persons, French 1A, Constitutional Law, Obligations 1, Law and Society, French 1B.

Year 2: Criminal Law and Evidence, Obligations 2, Administrative Law and Fundamental Rights, French 2A, EU Law, Commercial Law, French 2B.

Year 3: Law of Property, 2 Elective Modules, French 3A, Reflective Project, French 3B, French Culture and History.

Year 4: Study abroad.

Year 5: Law dissertation, two optional law modules, two language modules.

Standard entry:
5 Highers at AAAAB (first sitting) or 7 Highers at AAAABBB (two sittings) including English plus Maths or Applications of Maths at National 5.

Widening access entry:
