This course offers an introduction to Integrative Healthcare, a growing field where practitioners support individuals with a wide range of health needs—from musculoskeletal issues to mental health and overall wellbeing.

A variety of units will be studied, providing you with underpinning knowledge of many aspects of:

complementary therapies; soft tissue therapy; sports therapy; nutrition and wellbeing; academic and study skills; clinical skills, resilience, and self-awareness.
