Content

Part of the Scottish Wider Access Programme (SWAP), this course offers a unique learning experience to adults aged 18 or over, with few or no qualifications. If students complete the course successfully, they can progress to higher education.

Students can choose to study one of the three course strands: Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Celtic Studies, and Primary Education.

Content:
Communication; ICT; Literature; Maths; Philosophy; Politics; Psychology; Sociology.

Entry Requirements

You must have been out of formal education for 3 years or more (or 5 years if you already have Higher or HN qualifications). There can be special circumstances where an applicant has failed exams or an HNC programme within the last 3 to 5 years because of illness or family circumstances.
