This course offers routes into a range of degree courses, employment, and vocational training. It focuses on the systematic study of people and society. It also aims to develop transferable skills including communication, analytical ability and the handling of complex information.

You will study: Sociology; Psychology; History; Research methodology; Politics; Big data.

Entry Requirements

2 Highers including English and a relevant subject plus 2 subjects at National 5; or Foundation Apprenticeship Social Services and Healthcare or Social Services (Children and Young People) plus Higher English at A or B, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Interview.
