Want to develop your bakery skills? This course will help you gain the practical experience, knowledge and qualification needed for a job in the Bakery Industry.

You'll have the opportunity to study and train for a career as a baker or cake decorator, with excellent career opportunities and progression routes (please see the "After the Course" section to find out more).

The course is delivered by highly qualified lecturers who have a wealth of experience within the Bakery Industry.

Entry Requirements

English and Maths and one from Health and Food Technology, Hospitality: Practical Cookery or Hospitality: Practical Cake Craft; or Bakery (NPA); or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4. All applicants will be invited for interview.
