Content

This online course will take you through the steps of preparing and performing your own gig. The course is entirely online which means that you can study at your own pace with weekly drop-ins to catch-up with your tutor.

With the skills built up on this course you will have the knowledge to set up your equipment, prepare, promote, and then perform a gig, either online or in front of a live audience.

Content will include:
Sound reinforcement; Understanding the signal path; Creative project; Live performance promotion in the UK music industry.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements, however candidates need to demonstrate sufficient ability on chosen instrument to perform live.

Progression Routes

You can progress from this course to our HNC or HND Music, which can lead onto the BA Applied music course.
