Skills for Life (Level 2)

West Lothian College

Content

Assisted programmes courses support students with additional support needs to reach their goals; whether this is preparation for volunteering, employment or further study. For school leavers, assisted programmes courses can provide the next step from school to becoming more independent, through a less formal environment.

You'll learn important skills for living independently with support and get to join in on activities across the college and hear from guest speakers. You will hear form different people and the jobs they have. For example, you might meet the local police officer who can tell you how to keep safe or have a taster session across the college for example in childcare or construction.?
