This exciting course will provide candidates with a clear understanding of the role and application of the skills required in the hospitality sector. The course focuses on developing the practical skills necessary to thrive in the industry, including food and beverage service, barista, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and customer care. Training will take place in the award-winning Gallery training restaurant.
