Entry Requirements

2025 entry requirements:
Standard entry: 3 Highers at BCC, English and a science subject preferred plus English, Maths or Applications of Maths and a science subject at National 5 (if not held at Higher).

Widening access entry: 3 Highers at CCC, English and a science subject are preferred plus English, Maths and a science subject at National 5 (if not held at Higher).

Applicants will be invited to attend a selection event. This will take the form of a tour of the facilities, an opportunity to meet academics and practitioners and an interview.

Acceptance to all Nursing and Midwifery courses is subject to a health and immunisation screening. You will require a satisfactory criminal record check from Disclosure Scotland to show that you are suitable for this type of course. Contact Disclosure Scotland for details on the type you would need.
