Mechanics for the Health and Fitness Professional; Metabolic Considerations for Personal Trainers; Core Strength and Posture; Deliver Personal Training Sessions; Planning and Managment of Personal Training; Applied Exercise Prescription for Specialist; Population Groups; Applied Fitness Assessment for Specialist Population Groups ; Applied Nutrition Assessment and Prescription; Current Exercise Trends; Flexibility Training; Fitness, Health and Exercise: Graded Unit 2; Preparing to Start a Business.
Higher English and Physical Education plus 3 subjects at National 5 including Maths or a science subject; or successful completion of Pathway to Fitness, Health and Exercise; or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Interview and practical test.
