In this specialist route available in the BSc (Hons) Natural Sciences (Q64), you'll develop the knowledge and skills you need to study outer space. You'll be able to objectively and quantitatively describe, analyse, test and explain phenomena in the Universe, using appropriate quantitative tools and observational methods.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal qualifications required to study this degree. Computer and internet access required.

If you’re new to study or to the OU, it is recommended that you start with a course at Level 1.

Progression Routes

Science graduates are well placed to enter a range of both scientific and non-scientific jobs. The study of science develops good analytical and numerical skills, and students also become proficient in using computers.
