The BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation is a two-year course accredited by The British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRAT) and, provides the training needed to pursue a career as a Graduate Sports Rehabilitator.

It is the only accredited Sports Rehabilitation degree in Scotland and is delivered in partnership with Queen Margaret University (QMU). This unique degree offers an articulation route for students who have already achieved an HND in Sports Therapy with an A pass in Graded Units 1 and 2.

The first 3 years of the degree program are mainly taught at college, with the 4th year taught mainly at QMU.

Year 3:
Exercise testing and prescription; Understanding and appraising the evidence for practice; Musculoskeletal management in sports rehabilitation 1; Practice-based learning in sports rehabilitation 1; Environment, society and sports rehabilitation; Population, health and lifestyle considerations in sports rehabilitation.

Year 4:
Musculoskeletal management in sports rehabilitation 2; Reasoning and decision making in sports rehabilitation; Practice-based learning in sports rehabilitation 2; Leadership and enterprise for practice; Applying skills of critical enquiry (project).
