This qualification covers the technical needs for today’s light vehicle repair industry, including the diagnosis of complex system faults and advanced systems operation. It provides the essential knowledge for service technicians working on light vehicles (cars and vans) in all types of garages and dealerships.
The qualification is recognised by the Sector Skills Council as a VRQ/Technical Certificate and can be used as knowledge evidence in a related Modern Apprenticeship programme.
