The Essential Massage Skills course is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required for progression to further and higher academic qualifications in: Integrative Healthcare (including Complementary Therapies); Soft Tissue Therapy; and Sport Therapy.

A variety of units will be studied, providing you with underpinning knowledge of many aspects of:

Complimentary therapies; Soft tissue therapy; Sports therapy; Nutrition and wellbeing; Academic and study skills; Clinical skills, resilience and self awareneness.

Entry Requirements

3 subjects at National 4; or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4.

Progression Routes

Successful completion of this course allows progression into the HNC Soft Tissue Therapy course or Year 1 of the BSC (Hons) Integrative Healthcare course.
