The HNC Sports Coaching and Development course allows you to develop an understanding of both the theoretical and practical issues relating to a career in sports coaching for indoor or outdoor sports.

If you're already working in the sports industry, or if you want to kick off your career in sport, this course is ideal for you.

Entry Requirements

2 Highers at C or above, preferably English and Maths or a science subject; or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6.

You will require a satisfactory criminal record check from Disclosure Scotland to show that you are suitable for this type of course. Contact Disclosure Scotland for details on the type you would need.

Degree level study at other institutions.
