This course provides you with the understanding and skills to provide permanent hair reduction, treat skin imperfections and rejuvenate the skin, skin rolling and peeling.

You will gain a deeper understanding of the physiology of ageing and the management of client care and health and safety in the salon.

You will study:
Management of health, safety and security in the salon; Advanced epilation techniques; Apply micro dermabrasion; Laser and light treatments for hair removal; Laser and light treatments for skin rejuvenation; Quality management of client care in the hair and beauty sector; Physiology of ageing; Provide electrical epilation; Skin needling; Skin peeling.

Entry Requirements

VTCT Level 3 in Beauty or equivalent. Facial electrical module/unit certification is compulsory. Group interview

Progression Routes

This is an approved qualification for working as an advanced beauty therapist/skin specialist, specialising in permanent hair removal, skin blemishes and skin rejuvenation in Industry, education, skincare companies.
