This course is designed to equip candidates with the knowledge, understanding and skills required for further study within the beauty industry. It will provide candidates with an introductory beauty qualification and prepare them for progression within this vocational area.

Course content includes:
Facial Skin Care Treatments; Hand and Foot Care; Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage: An Introduction; Waxing Services; Scalp Massage: An Introduction; Developing Skills in Eye Treatments; Hair, Beauty and Make-up: Competition Skills; Developing Make-Up Skills; Influences on Mental Health and Wellbeing; and Healthy Eating and Wellbeing.

Entry Requirements

National 4 English. Interview.
