This course is ideal for those who wish to pursue a career in the creative and ever expanding nail services industry. It is delivered by lecturers who are knowledgeable, experienced and passionate about the nail services industry and provides the opportunity to learn the skills and techniques required for employment as a nail technician or as preparation for further study.

You will study: Manicure services; Pedicure services; Waxing, Eye treatments; Gel polish; Nail art; Gel nail enhancements; Acrylic nails enhancements; Reception skills; Health and safety; Promoting products and services; Working effectively; Essential Skills.

Entry Requirements

3 subjects at National 4 including English. You must have manual dexterity, a pleasant manner and a keen interest in the nail services industry. Interview.
