Theoretical knowledge and the development of practical skills in automotive accident repair. It covers areas such as body repair, mechanical and electrical repairs, and trim.
The course will include:
Practical assignments, which include – remove and refitting of body panels, Carrying out minor body repairs, Mig Welding and Resistance Spot Welding; Verbal questioning of essential knowledge; IMI Multiple-choice tests.
No formal entry requirements.
If you are looking to work in the automotive body repair or refinishing industries, you can progress to an industry-recognised, technical certificate course in the skill area of your choice.
