This course prepares you with an excellent range of advanced skills for a career within the continually evolving Beauty Industry and will develop your beauty therapy skills to a higher level.
You will learn the therapeutic skills and knowledge you need to move into the higher levels of the beauty industry performing a variety of more advanced beauty treatment to meet industry requirements.
On successful completion of this course you will be fully qualified to work within the Beauty industry as a senior beauty therapist or salon manager.
Units undertaken may include:
Body massage treatments; Face and body electrotherapy; Facial therapy treatments; Face and body treatment packages; Product knowledge; Contemporary aesthetics; Professional salon skills; Applied anatomy and physiology; Graded unit 1.
2 Highers, or NC Beauty Care and Make-Up, or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5 or 6. Entry subject to interview.
