The Creative Bakery evening class aims to offer learners the opportunity to develop hands-on bakery skills in breadmaking, craft baking, cake decorating, and pastry goods. On successful completion of the course, learners may progress to further education, gain suitable employment, or develop their skills within their current role.

You will study: Craft baking; Pastry; Hygiene and safety; Bread making; Cake decorating.
