This course is aimed at students with additional learning needs, who are looking to develop essential skills for employment. It further develops independent learning in a range of diverse subjects that will be beneficial for employment and further education.

Learners will gain knowledge and skills in climate change and sustainability whilst learning urban gardening techniques and is an ideal course for those who want to work in a land-based role.

You will learn:
NPA Climate Change and Sustainability; Practical gardening techniques; Communication; Numeracy; Scotland in Focus; Socialisation; Relevant work placement.

Entry Requirements

Ability to work at National 4 with support; or Qualification for Work course.
