This course is designed to provide candidates with a good understanding of different land uses and their impacts on environmental management and sustainable resource use.
Individuals will investigate factors which have influenced the development of current land use and management practices. This course will introduce the concept of sustainable land management through a greater awareness of the environment.
Example modules: Environmental Awareness; Pollution Management and Resource Recover; Economic Issues: An Introduction; Geology and Geomorphology and Ecology and Ecosystems.
