Cyber threats are increasing, which means the combination of infrastructure concepts and cyber security skills is highly sought-after in the job market. This two-year course specialises in network infrastructure and its security and maintenance. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of IT systems, explore infrastructure design and management, and learn how to identify and mitigate cyber security risks.

Entry Requirements

Higher Maths, Computing Science or a science subject plus English at National 5, or a relevant NQ or equivalent qualification.

Direct entry to year two of the HND may be possible if you already have a relevant HNC.
