This NC Social Sciences course will provide students with a deeper understanding of the different Social Science subjects. It offers students the opportunity to examine how their society works and to compare their own realities with those of other cultures. Students will look at theoretical perspectives as well as applying real world examples to Sociology, Psychology and Politics.

Main contents include:

Psychology; Sociology; Politics; History; Criminology; Philosophy, Study Skills.

Entry Requirements

4 subjects at National 5 (2 at B) including an English based and a social science subject; or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5.
