HNC Poultry Production covers subjects like commercial egg and meat production, as well as keeping stock healthy and understanding all the legislative and industry requirements that go with poultry farming.

It's entirely taught by specialists who play an active part in the industry and are committed to their subject. They ensure the course stays up to date and is a real reflection of the poultry industry as it is today.

You'll learn about poultry health and how to manage and maintain a healthy stock of laying or breeding birds, and gain a thorough understanding of the control measures and legislative requirements that apply to today's industry.

Content includes: Avian Physiology; Poultry Welfare and Behaviour; Production and Incubation of Hatching Eggs.
