This course is designed for young people who are ready to make the transition into the workplace with guided support.

You'll learn about:

Responsibilities of employment; Customer care; Workplace skills; Self-awareness about work; IT and Digital literacies including skills development for remote learning and remote working.

There's also a work placement lasting at least 190 hours.

Entry Requirements

For a place on the course you'll need to attend an interview and demonstrate an enthusiastic, positive attitude. You should be motivated and a good team worker, keen to enter the world of work. You must also be able to travel independently.

Progression Routes

After successfully completing this course you'll have the skills needed to get supported or unsupported work.
