This full-time course focuses on exploring options at college whilst developing skills in a range of areas including raising confidence and aspirations, improving teamwork skills and developing coping strategies for different situations. Academic achievements will be raised through nationally recognised qualifications from both SQA and City & Guilds.
In addition, part of the course will be spent studying in a vocational area of choice developing the practical skills and theoretical knowledge needed to support successful transition to a relevant course. Suitable for individuals unsure of career options, looking to upskill or who require support to succeed at college.
No formal entry requirements. All applicants will be interviewed.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress onto a full time course in their agreed vocational area.
