Content

This Pathways to Employment (Level 4) course helps you find out more about yourself — what you enjoy, what you’re good at, and where you want to go next.

You’ll learn through fun, practical projects that combine Health and Wellbeing, Sport, Creative Media, Education, and Employability. The course encourages you to think about your goals and supports you to take the next step into mainstream college study and learning.

As part of the Pathways course, you will undertake a ten-week placement within a mainstream class. This experience will help you build confidence working at a higher level and in a larger classroom setting, thereby supporting your application to a mainstream course.
