This programme aims to provide you with opportunities to obtain internships working with a host employer to develop employability skills. You will also have the opportunity to achieve employability awards and essential skills certification.

The emphasis of this programme is on developing your skills which enable you to work towards employment independence and self-development.

The programme creates strong networks to support adults with additional needs to flourish in a real workplace environment. While the main aim of the programme is to support participants to gain employment there are also opportunities to gain qualifications related to employability, numeracy and literacy and promoting independence including the Bronze, Silver, or Gold Employability Award.
