Learners will explore ways to further develop personal and employability skills giving them confidence to move forward into the workplace or wider community. The timetable for this course includes essential skills, career management and enterprise studies which will be mapped to real-life work experiences.
Throughout the course learners will develop a portfolio of personal achievement and have an opportunity to be involved with vocational areas cross college.
This course is aimed towards learners, who may have required support to complete their studies previously and may still benefit from studying in a supported learning environment.
No formal entry requirements but applicants are expected to have completed Lifeskills Plus. You should have the ability and desire to build on existing skills and qualities. Attendance and successful completion of interview. Some practical courses may require a level of physical ability or fitness.
