Welcome to Routes to Careers - Retail, a course designed for those keen to step into the world of retail and customer service. In just 18 hours a week, you'll gain practical skills and qualifications at SCQF Level 4. This course is your pathway to employment or further studies.

You will :

Work on meaningful projects tailored to your interests; Gain real-world experience through work placements and volunteering; Explore diverse areas of the job market; Develop personal skills like budgeting and decision-making; Participate in exciting challenges, including an "Apprentice" style competition.

Progression Routes

The Routes to Careers (Retail) or Project Search course, an NC at SCQF Level 4 or 5, or employment.
