This short full-time NQ Lash and Brow Technician course is an exciting and excellent introduction for anyone who wishes to pursue a career in the vibrant beauty industry at an introductory level, or to gain entry to higher level courses.

The course concentrates on the latest trends and techniques in styles of lash and brow treatments and the instruments/products being used. It focuses on learning modern practices in lash and brow services and can equip you with specialised skills to provide these services professionally.

During this short full-time NQ Lash and Brow Technician course, you will learn and develop the basic skills in applications of popular lash and brow treatments, such as:

Lash and brow tinting; Lash extension applications; Eyebrow shaping and lamination; Facial treatments: cleansing, toning and moisturising; and other related subjects to NC Level 5.

During training you will initially work on fellow classmates and then progress to working on real clients. You will also be required to model for treatments yourself.

Entry Requirements

3 subjects at National 4 including English, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4. Interview.

Progression Routes

You could move into jobs in the beauty industry or progress onto further courses to develop your skills further.
