This course is for you if you are aged 16-20 with National 4 level ESOL (or equivalent) and who need to improve their English before progressing to further study in college or to employment.

Students will also improve their knowledge and skills in ICT and numeracy as well as developing study skills that will help support them in any future study. In addition, the course is designed to help students make the transition from school to further education.


Course topics include:

ESOL; Numeracy; ICT; Employability; Problem Solving; Working with Others.

Units are subject to change.

Entry Requirements

National 4 ESOL, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4.

Progression Routes

Students may progress to further study in college or to employment.
