This course will give you the opportunity to focus on the development of your cooking skills in a practical setting while working on your personal development. You will do so by improving your knowledge and creativity in the kitchen, and adhering to and learning about safety measures appropriate to cooking.
You will learn about cookery process, food hygiene and practical skills necessary for working independently in your home kitchen.
