If you’re creative and hair is your passion, this course gives you a recognised qualification that will provide a solid foundation for the start of a rewarding career in hairdressing.

It sets the stage for your professional journey, making sure you’ve got essential skills and knowledge such as cutting, colouring, styling and client consultation. You’ll even be given the chance to improve your IT skills as you learn, which will make you an excellent salon all-rounder.

Content:
Shampooing, conditioning and scalp massage; Blow drying techniques; Setting and winding techniques
Long hair; Preparation to technical services; Basic cutting categories; Mix, apply and remove hair colour; Competition technical skills; Apply practical skills; Client consultation techniques.

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements. Interview and written and skills tests.
