This MSc aims to support anyone looking for the skills and knowledge required to meet the needs of the worldwide poultry industry.

An online distance learning programme, it's aimed at students with relevant agricultural and animal-related backgrounds who are keen to acquire in-depth knowledge in applied poultry science.

It's specifically designed to provide a research-led approach to poultry science.

This course will help you demonstrate a critical understanding of the principal theories, principles and concepts of Applied Poultry Science (APS).

You'll use a significant range of techniques and practices associated with APS, as well as a range of appropriate methods to communicate with audiences with different levels of knowledge/expertise.

Entry Requirements

The programme would be most suitable for those with an undergraduate Honours Degree (first or 2:1 or its equivalent) in agricultural or biological science, or veterinary medicine. No absolute academic prerequisites are laid down and work experience is considered.
