This interactive and exciting course is designed to provide candidates with a broad range of skills and knowledge related to a career in the hospitality industry. The course is packed with both practical and theory modules which give students a good grounding in a range of subjects. This not only prepares them for further study at HNC level, but develops their employability skills.

Course includes:
Cookery Processes; Food and Drink Service; Front Office Skills; Accommodation and Facilities Servicing; Local Hospitality Provision; Hospitality Costings; Working Safely.

Entry Requirements

4 subjects at National 4 including English and Maths. Interview.

Progression Routes

HND Hospitality Management or relevant City and Guilds course.
